Shipping Policy
- We ship all our products through DTDC
- Standard shipping charges of Rs. 80 is applicable
- Orders above Rs. 1000 are eligible for free shipping
- Once we receive your order, it will reach you between 4-6 working days
- Orders within Mysore city are eligible for door delivery within 1-2 days within a 10 km radius. Delivery charges amount to Rs. 60.
Return & Exchange Policy
-Our products are non-returnable since we are a small business based out of a village and do not have the logistical support to enable returns.
-However, we can refund the money, excluding delivery charges and tax, if we receive proof of damaged products. For this, you can write to us at ordinaireindia@gmail.com or reach us at +91 6364812812
-Please note that all our products are carefully checked for damages before dispatch and their quality documented, so only credible concerns will be looked into.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. We are a small business working out of a village and do not have the logistical manpower to recall orders if they are cancelled after dispatch. We request you to deliberate and then place an order!
